Funds for the Purchase of a Listed Commercial Building
An opportunity had arisen for our client to purchase a Grade II listed former library building and annexe for the purpose of providing office accommodation.
The property not only provided strong capital growth potential but also yielded a high rental income. It was simply too good an opportunity for any property investor to pass up. The only catch in securing such a great buying opportunity (the client had negotiated a good discount to the market value) was that the funds were needed within a few days in order to complete the transaction.
Lowry Capital provided a loan of £212,500 against an open market value of £425,000.
The funds were made available within 10 days.
