Funding to Construct 6 New-Build Houses from the Ground Up

The client, who we have worked with successfully on 3 separate schemes, approached us again requesting funding for a set of 6 new-build houses in Prestwick, Ayrshire.

Our client already owned the plot of land and after obtaining planning permission to build 2 townhouses & 4 terraced houses, now required development funding in order to start the construction of the properties. 

Lowry Capital have initially funded £150,000 to start the development of the site, and, we are set to make more funds available as the build progresses.
