The site consisted of a large plot with an existing property, which the client had inherited.
Having successfully secured planning permission, their vision was to demolish the existing dwelling and replace it with three high-end detached homes, designed to maximise both the setting and end value.
A key feature of the scheme was the use of a modern construction approach, incorporating a timber frame system that allowed for faster on-site assembly, significantly improving build efficiency and reducing overall programme timelines.
