Converting Two Stone Barns into Two Separate Detached Houses

Converting Two Stone Barns into Two Separate Detached Houses
Funded: £60,000
Location: Bristol, South West
Property Type: Residential
Funds For: Development
Timeframe: Client Deadline

Our client approached us seeking funding to complete the conversion of two traditional stone barns into separate dwellings at their family farm in Bristol.

The 2 barns sit within the bounds of the clients existing family property, a large dairy farm.

They had already secured planning permission to convert of the both barns and had previously been self funding the conversion up to this point.

They now needed flexible development funding in order to kick on and complete the build in time and to the highest standard.

Lowry Capital has initially funded £60,000 for the development of this unique property conversion and we are set to make more available as the build progresses.

We’re confident that, with the developer’s experience and vision, this conversion will be completed to an exceptional standard and will generate a strong return on investment.
