Funds to Purchase & Refurbish a Rural Hospitality Business

The clients needed funding quickly to acquire, refurbish and re-launch the business as traditional funding was unavailable without operating figures or trading accounts.

Lowry Capital is now funding phase two, with total funding to date of £185,000, to renovate the residential accommodation into four boutique rooms to complement the restaurant.
