Funding to Complete a Luxury Barn Conversion

Our client has obtained planning permission to convert two adjoining agricultural barns into a 5 bedroom luxury house expected to be worth over £1m on completion. Lowry Capital agreed to provide funding in five stages, initially lending against the barn and additional security. The client was able to tailor the funding and only draw what was needed in line with the schedule of their works, keeping their finance costs to a minimum.
