Bridging out of a Bridge for the Conversion of a Grade II Listed Property
Our client had previously purchased a Grade II property using a bridging loan. However, the loan had come to the end of its term and the client wanted to amend the existing planning so the property could be converted into 7 residential properties with a ground floor commercial unit.
Lowry Capital provided funding of £446,000 within the timescale to allow the client to amend the planning and maximise the returns on the project.
