Funding to Complete the Construction of a 7 Bed New-Build House

The client is a highly experienced property developer whose latest project was the development of a 7-bed new build house. Lowry Capital was happy to fund the project in four smaller tranches to keep the interest costs to a minimum - with the client only paying interest on the funds drawn.
