Development Funding for 5 Large Detached Bungalows In Rural Scotland

Our client came to us requesting funding to construct 5 large detached bungalows near Dundee on the east coast of Scotland.
The site had been acquired using a combination of the client’s own funds alongside other private investors.
The client had been in talks with another lender however, after weeks of back and forth without even receiving a valuation quotation the client turned to Lowry Capital.
With works already underway speed was essential, we were able to liaise directly with the surveyors and had the valuation instructed immediately, with the report returned within a week.
The clients, being experienced developers managing all works on site, provided all required documentation promptly. This allowed the solicitors to complete due diligence quickly, ensuring funds could be released without delay.
Lowry Capital provided £120,000 in funding to maintain progress on the development, & we are set to make further funds available as the build continues.
The clients were delighted with the speed, efficiency, and flexibility of the funding, enabling them to keep momentum and deliver their project to plan.
