Funding for the Development of 7 Luxury Detached Houses

Our client, an accomplished property developer we've previously worked with extensively, approached us with a plan to build seven high-end, detached homes in Sowerby Bridge, Yorkshire
The development was carefully phased, with plots purchased one at a time. This approach allowed our client to keep acquisition and build costs low, maintain tighter control over funding, and maximise return on investment.
The homes were built on a sought-after site, each one spacious, finished to a high standard, and set in a private, exclusive location.
Lowry Capital provided £2.1 million in funding across multiple tranches, beginning with an initial drawdown of £100,000 for the first plot.
Thanks to our fast and flexible funding model, funds were released in line with the client’s build schedule keeping progress on track at every stage.
Each home has now been completed to a superb standard, and the client is expected to achieve sales prices above initial estimates.
This is the fifth successful development we've funded for this client, and we're already supporting their next venture a 10-unit detached home scheme nearby.
