Funding for the Development of 7 Detached Houses
Lowry Capital has now funded the purchase and development of 7 luxury, detached houses with total funding to date of £2.1m. Funding was provided in stages, initially providing £100,000 for plot one.
To ensure development costs were kept to a minimum, our client agreed with the seller to buy one plot at a time, developing each plot one by one. By purchasing one plot at a time, the clients, who are experienced property developers, were able to keep funding costs to a minimum and maximise their return.
Lowry Capital does not require a Quantity Surveyor (which can add significant costs), ensuring our drawdown process is quick and streamlined. With a minimum drawdown of just £25,001 funds can be drawn down in line with your schedule of works.
The properties have been built to a high standard and the clients are expected to achieve sales prices above initial estimates. This is the fifth project we have funded for the clients. Profits on the development will be significant and Lowry Capital is now funding their next project of ten detached houses within a short distance from this site.
