The client had initially purchased the land using funds we released from the sale of a previous Lowry funded site and due to the clients extensive history of developing properties Lowry Capital were happy to release further funding to develop the property.
Lowry Capital provided £100,000 towards the development of the site and are set to release more funds as the build progresses.
