Funding to Convert a Listed Fish & Chip Restaurant into 2 Houses

Funded: £120,000
Location: Ripon
Property Type: Commercial to Residential
Funds For: Conversion
Timeframe: 3 Weeks
Our client had purchased this Grade II listed restaurant and had planning permission to convert it into two residential properties - but now required funding in order to carry out the works.
The property comprises two mid-terrace former residential dwellings that are now interconnected and was recently utilised as a fish and chip shop and restaurant.
Although it is the first time this developer has converted a commercial building into a residential one, Lowry Capital is always happy to lend if the project makes sense. We provided an initial loan of £120,000 in order for the work to be completed. Further funds will be made available should they be required.
