100% Development Funding to Convert a Manchester Pub into 7 Apartments

The client is an experienced property developer looking to convert a fire-damaged, derelict former public house into seven apartments.

Despite the condition of the property, Lowry Capital took a commercial view and provided 100% of the development needed in five stages, in line with the client’s schedule of works. Additional funds were easy for the client to draw, without the need for quantity surveyors.

The project has been a huge success with the property increasing in value from £180,000 to £760,000. The apartments are now completed to a high standard and market demand is proving to be strong.
